Kazakhstan finished second at the Granatkin Memorial Tournament
Kazakhstan U19 finished runner-up as they lost to Russia U19 in the final of Granatkin Memorial Tournament
Nikita Polyakov scored the only goal in that game on the 27th minute. Kazakhstan had several chances to level the game, but finishing was poor on the day. At the end, Russia won the final 1-0.
Two Kairat youngsters Ustimenko and Suyunov were constantly performing on the field throughout the tournament.
For the first time in the history Kazakhstan U19 reached the final. Previously, the best result was 14th place in 2015.
