Peter Neustadter – Soviet, Kazakh football player, who played for FC Zenit Leningrad, CSKA Moscow, FC Dnipro, FSV Mainz 05, Karlsruher SC as well as Kairat Almaty. Neustadter also played for Kazakhstan National Team and made 3 appearances. 

After retiring, Neustadter was the manager of FSV Main 05 II and TuS Koblenz. He then joined FC Inter Baku where he was appointed as Director of Sport.
